CSquared Innovations, Inc. is seeking a highly entrepreneurial polymer chemist to lead the optimization and scale-up of a novel, patent-pending recycling system. Responsibilities will include providing chemistry expertise to an established team of mechanical engineers and materials scientists, and leading efforts to move the technology from test bed to full-scale, commercial operations; limited consulting to other internal projects relating to functional coatings and energy storage is also expected. The ideal candidate will hold an M.S. or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience in polymer manufacturing or recycling and excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills. Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment is essential, with the potential to relocate internationally as the business matures.
