Energy Research
Professor Millunchick’s research interests are in the materials and surface sciences of semiconductor thin film nucleation and epitaxy using a number of growth platforms, including Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), and ion assisted deposition.
